Renaissance Fencing Club is a 501(c)(3) - we are running a donation drive for our move to a new, bigger building.
The new facility will have the capability to host 36 practice strips and improved air conditioning and heating efficiency. We will have the opportunity to host bigger regional and national events right at home for youth, cadet and junior fencers, a huge home team advantage for our fencers! All donations will used to transform the 11,200 square foot facility into a state of art training facility, with a cushioned sports court floor and a comfortable café style parent waiting area.
We need your help to fund this one-time cost of move and construction. This is a capital investment in your child’s fencing future and in your experience at the fencing club. We have grown in size and are looking forward to a larger, updated building with larger locker rooms, and more strips. Your donation is tax deductible and all donors will be recognized on our club Facebook page and website. Donations to “buy a fencing strip” or “purchase a tile” will be recognized by engraved plaques at the fencing piste, or personalized sports court
tiles.
Donation of $1,000 - Purchase a Tile – donations towards our sports court floor will help purchase 9,000 square feet of sports court flooring – we need a total of $30,000 and
dedicated tiles for donors will be recognized!
Donations of $2,000 – Sponsor a Fencing Strip – We will need to buy at least 15 fencing strips at our new facility – donors will be recognized by engraved plaques at the ends of the strips!
“Gold Level” - Donations of $5,000 will be recognized with individual banners hanging within the fencing club as well as on the club Facebook page and website as well as two tickets to a private cheese and wine tasting event and a goodie bag of club embroidered/monogramed swag items.
“Platinum Level” - Donations of $10,000 will be celebrated by individual banners hanging in the fencing club as well on the club Facebook page and website as well as four tickets for a private
cheese and wine tasting event and an embroidered RFC winter coat and backpack.
