Mental Conditioning


Fencing is equal parts physical work and mental conditioning - "See, Think, Go!".  At the club we go through the exercises and drills to help learn footwork, blade work, and to help understand the art of fencing.  Equally as important, though, is to understand how to get into the right mindset and stay in "the zone" during and after bouts, no matter the outcome.  Once you have learned to maintain your mental balance, you'll be a step ahead of your competition.
